Andy told Ruth that he wanted to call his wedding to Gabriella off. Scarlett struggled to handle her part of the robbery, while Theresa used the money in order to buy into Bob's garage. Gabriella told Andy that she was pregnant, forcing Andy to go against his feelings for Ruth and go through with the wedding. Big Bob learned that it was Theresa who had conducted the robbery at the pub and tried to persuade Scarlett not to let her do this to her. After denying Gordon's proposal of marriage and putting an end to their relationship, Ruth turned up at the wedding ceremony and explain things to Andy. Gabriella later admitted to lying about being pregnant, resulting in Andy returning to Shieldinch to be with Ruth.
