Wednesday 30 June 2010:

A face from Jack's past turned up at the salon, when one of his trainees, Oscar, was brought in by Gordon. When instructed to fill the place with trendy customers, Jack introduced a special discount for gay customers, as Oscar may want to invest. The plan backfired when a group of pensioners arrived, claiming to be gay and Jack couldn't prove that they weren't. Meanwhile, Charlie struggled to find an interesting subject for his writing. To help with his money problems, Jack employed him at the salon as a reception for the discount day. Molly later tried to tell Charlie her life story, which turned out to be a load of rubbish. Big Bob held singing auditions at the Community Centre, but wanted Iona to agree to be his singing partner, which she eventually did, until he finds someone better. Jack and Hayley shared a shock kiss when he came around to apologise.
